The One Show and D&AD Awards are unquestionably the most sought-after creative awards in the world, and rightly so. Both organizations are committed to the most rigorous standards of judging quality, and every year they assemble the world's most respected creative professionals to sift through tens of thousands of entries from all around the world.
Launching in 2011, the newly-created 'Pencil Rankings' will measure performance in these two shows alone. Awards achieved in each environment will accrue a defined number of points, which are then totaled to provide an index of performance across both shows. The Pencil Rankings will be searchable, so agencies and clients can see overall performance, or performance within a defined subset, such as region, medium or agency type.
The Pencil Rankings will be available in early 2011 featuring the results from 2010. Results for 2011 will be announced next summer. The information provided will be free and the methodology behind it completely transparent. We hope that you find it useful.
